Best Robotic Mop and Vacuum Combos

The majority of robot vacuum-mop combinations can be customised using an application that allows you to save maps of your home as well as set cleaning schedules and select mopping options. They also allow you to alter suction power and fine-tune the amount of water and scrub action your mop makes use of.

A mapping feature can help your robot navigate around rooms and obstacles, while an obstacle avoidance function prevents it from running into wires, furniture or other pet toys.  vacuum bot  are must-have features in my house, stuffed with toys scattered around.

1. Roborock S8 Pro Ultra

The Roborock S8 Pro Ultra is the top-of-the-line mop and vacuum cleaner, so it is naturally with features. It can mop and sweep simultaneously, and can even raise its brushes or mop pads so that soft surfaces don't get wet. It can also stay clear of obstacles by spotting pet toys, plants and other small objects.

The maximum suction power is 6,600 pascals. This is higher than any other robot vacuum we've tested to date. It also comes with PreciSense LiDAR Navigation, which tracks its position, which prevents it from getting stuck on a surface.

Mopping capabilities are also impressive and the S8 Pro Ultra able to apply a constant pressure of more than 6 Newtons to the mop pad for an intense clean. It also has an automatic mop lifting system which will lift the pad when it goes from tile to laminate, hardwood to carpet and rugs to avoid getting soaked by these soft surfaces.

The S8 Pro Ultra also has self-washing and self drying features. The pad can be cleaned and dried in the dock and the dust bin is automatically empty and returned to it. This means you can set it and forget it, and only need to clean the dust bag and refill the water tank every now and then.

All this is powered by a lithium-ion 5,200mAh battery. I ran it on its normal vac and mop settings for approximately 160 minutes before the S8 Pro Ultra started to run low on power and return to its base to recharge. This is not far off of the 180 minutes Roborock claims and is comparable with other hybrids that I've test.

This is a very well-rounded and capable product, with the only drawback being the fact that it's costly. But its abundance of features makes it a appealing choice for anyone looking to go away from their old stick vacuum and mop. We would highly recommend this vacuum if you can justify the cost.

2. Dreametech L10S Ultra

The Dreametech L10S Ultra is a top-of-the-line robot vacuum and mop combo. Its high-end price is justified by its robust feature set, which includes the capacity to vacuum large volumes and two gyrating mop mops. It also comes with an app-based, smart controller and a powerful obstacle avoidance system.

The L10S Ultra has a retail price of 999 euros, which is among the most expensive robotic vacuum and mop combos available. In my tests, it performed admirably across the house. It removed 98.4 percent of debris from all kinds of floors and managed to lift long hair without getting caught up in. The mops also performed admirably, achieving excellent cleaning results with less effort than mid-range models. This was due to their rotational motion and an effective dose of cleaning solution.

The L10S Ultra's real selling point is its innovative multifunctional docking station. The docking station emptys the dustbin into a bag that can be used for dirt, then refills the tank with water to use to mop and also dry mop pads. It is equipped with a real-time danger detection system, and its smart controls let you schedule periodic cleaning sessions.

Contrary to the other hybrid mops that I tried The L10S Ultra doesn't offer advanced dirt pickup on carpets. The mops in the L10S Ultra aren't as effective in removing tough stains as the Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.

Despite the L10S Ultra's numerous top-of-the-line features, it requires regular maintenance and care. Its base station needs to be emptied and the water tank and dust bag must be emptied, cleaned and dried regularly to prevent unpleasant odors and mildew. It is also important to remember that the mop pads, which are bought separately will need to be replaced regularly too.

I would recommend the L10S Ultra to anyone with the budget. If you're looking to save money I would suggest a less basic model that will allow you to save money while still being able to enjoy hands-free cleaning in your home. Even it were the case that the L10S Ultra was the best robotic mop and vacuum combination you could purchase but its price and ongoing maintenance will make it seem more an option than a necessity.

3. Eufy S1 Pro

Eufy S1 Pro is the robot vacuum and mop that you require to tidy up mess and get rid of dirt from your hard floors. This powerful robovac/mop combination comes with a powerful suction power of 8,000 Pa. It also boasts a huge battery capacity that can be used for mopping and vacuuming. It's also fitted with a top-quality obstacle-avoidance technology. It has a roller-mop that cleans itself and makes it stand out from models that require you to return to the base station to wash the mop pad.

The S1 Pro has a unique mopping system that is distinct from the spinning discs and microfibre pads that are found on other robots. The roller is nearly the entire length of the robot and it gets a constant supply of clean, ozonated filtered water from the dock. When it turns the roller, it scrubs your floors while soaking up dirt and any dry debris is picked up by the side brushes, or swept into the front colision bumper. The S1 Pro then discharges the mop water that is dirty into its base station which is then absorbed by the tank's heating elements, and dumped into a larger storage container. The tank that is onboard holds plenty of water and can handle about half a dozen mopping sessions before running dry.

Like most robot vacuums and mop combinations like the S1 Pro is ready to roll out from the box. It must be filled with clean water, but this is a simple task in the cleaning dock. You can also add a cleaning solution to the dock, in case you want to have the option of using your own cleaner. If you opt for this option, however, you will have to purchase the Eufy-branded cleaning solution, which is more costly than other robot brands that allow you to choose your preferred brand of cleaners.

The S1 Pro performed well in the navigation efficiency and coverage tests, as did the majority of robots. It was quick to map a room and it easily navigated around furniture. It got stuck on carpets with longer piles several times during my tests. However it could be improved by updating the software. The S1 Pro is an all-in-one robot that has lots of features at a reasonable cost.

4. Roborock Qrevo

The Qrevo is Roborock’s entry-level vacuum and mop but it does have some outstanding features. The dock's multifunction emptying the robot's dirtbag and refilling its water tanks and cleaning and sanitizing the mop pads is handled by the dock. The mopping system can clean a large area before returning to its dock. The vacuum's powerful suction is great for picking up pet hair and other debris that accumulates on carpets.

The software that runs the appliance is quite complex, with a broad choice of options for customizing the cleaning process. You can clean manually all areas that this device maps or select individual rooms, an expandable zone or a routine you've developed. SmartPlan is one of the mopping options. It makes use of the sensors on the mop to map the area and determine the most efficient way to clean it.

Like the other Roborock models we've examined, the Qrevo is a great performer in our tests. Its navigation system is reliable it can map rooms quickly and cleaning them in a systematic way. Its "Normal" pathing setting covers the room thoroughly, without any major gaps or missed areas. The Reactive Tech hazard avoidance system is also quite effective however it's not as sophisticated as the color camera system of the Qrevo Master or the S8 Pro Ultra. It can detect hazards like thick carpets but may not be able detect smaller objects such as electrical wires or rug tassels.

This machine has one major issue: it doesn't have a mop option after vacuuming. This could be a problem for those who vacuum a lot before using their robot. There's  robot vacuum cleaners reviews  to this issue: the app has an option that lets you "clean up", at the end of each session. This allows you to use the mopping function of the vacuum to get rid of the last traces of dust and debris that are left behind by your vacuuming. It's a nice touch and helps the robot clean up a little bit better than its competitors with lower prices.
